Terms of Service

VideoBot Terms of Service

Effective date: July 12, 2026. Last updated: July 12, 2026.

Eligibility

Users must be able to form a binding agreement and satisfy the eligibility rules of any connected platform account they use.

Account access

Users are responsible for controlling access to their VideoBot account, passwords, internal studio access, and connected platform accounts.

Credential security

Users must choose and protect strong credentials, keep reset links private, and notify support if they suspect unauthorized access. VideoBot may revoke sessions, reset credentials, or limit access for security reasons.

Password reset

Password reset links are intended for one-time account recovery and may expire quickly. A reset may revoke existing sessions.

User accounts and linked identity providers

VideoBot may allow sign-in through email/password credentials and linked identity providers such as Google. Users must keep their identity provider account secure and may lose access if that provider cannot verify them.

Acceptable use

Users may not use VideoBot for unlawful, deceptive, infringing, abusive, or platform-policy-violating activity.

Creator responsibility

Users are responsible for the rights, permissions, claims, captions, disclosures, and accuracy of content they create or publish.

AI-generated and third-party media

Users must review AI-generated material and third-party media for rights, accuracy, quality, and disclosure obligations.

Platform-specific rules

Users must follow the rules, review decisions, and developer policies of each connected platform.

Connected accounts

Connecting an account authorizes VideoBot to use official APIs for approved workflow actions. Accounts can be disconnected.

Publishing consent

VideoBot requires explicit approval for the selected video, caption, account, visibility, disclosure settings, and destination before delivery.

Content ownership

Users retain their rights in content they provide or create, subject to any rights granted to connected platforms or third-party services.

Service availability

VideoBot may be unavailable, paused, changed, or limited for maintenance, safety, review, or operational reasons.

Prohibited automation and abuse

Password-based posting automation, credential sharing, spam, evasion, scraping, and unofficial posting endpoints are not allowed.

Termination and disconnection

Access may be limited or disconnected if required for safety, policy, security, or operational reasons.

Suspension and deletion

Accounts and credentials may be suspended, disabled, deletion-requested, or deleted for security, policy, support, or user-request reasons. Deletion requests may require verification before records are removed.

Disclaimers

VideoBot is provided without verified warranties of uninterrupted operation, platform approval, posting success, or legal suitability for a specific use.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, liability is limited for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages.

Changes to terms

These terms may be updated as the service changes. The effective date identifies the current version.
